Kunitsa Institute of Real Estate

Real estate education for South Carolina professionals.

The one asset they can never take from you.

Two decades in the field. A law license. And a school built to teach what licensing courses leave out.

Real estate education for owners, investors, managers, brokers, and attorneys — built on practical judgment, professional standards, and the belief that the best thing you can own is what you know.

Underwrite the deal. Defend the memo.

03

Property Managers

The job, taught by people who do it.

04

Brokers & Agents

Pre-licensing through the long career.

05

Real Estate Attorneys

Operational fluency, not just blackletter.

Why KIORE

An education worthy of the work.

Most real estate education is test-prep wallpaper — pass the exam, forget everything, hope you never need it. We do this differently on two axes.

First, we teach the practice in addition to the compliance: the lease negotiation, the angry tenant, the contractor dispute, the eviction you wish you didn't have to file. Second, we teach this work as work that touches people's homes — with competence, and with dignity.

A note from the founder

My father used to tell me: you will never have to pay rent for knowledge in your head.

He left the Soviet Union with very little — his family, his faith, and the conviction that what you learn is the one thing no government, no border, and no bad landlord can ever take from you.

KIORE exists because he was right. Real estate is one of the most consequential industries in American life, and we owe each other a better education than the one we have.
