About the Kunitsa Institute of Real Estate

An inheritance, passed forward.

KIORE was founded in memory of a man who believed that what you know is the one thing no regime, no market, and no landlord can ever take from you.

A letter from the founder

My father used to tell me: you will never have to pay rent for knowledge in your head.

He knew what he was talking about. He left the Soviet Union with very little — his family, his faith, and the conviction that what you learn is the one thing no government, no border, and no bad landlord can ever take from you. He brought us to America, and he spent the rest of his life proving his own point.

KIORE exists because he was right.

Real estate is one of the most consequential industries in American life. It touches where people sleep, where they raise their children, where they build wealth, and where they lose it. And yet the education around it is, frankly, thin. Pass the test. Collect the license. Good luck.

We can do better than that. We owe each other better than that.

The Kunitsa Institute of Real Estate trains the people who shape this industry — owners, investors, managers, brokers, and attorneys — to do the work with competence and with care. We teach the law, we teach the practice, and we teach the judgment that sits between them. We teach it the way my father taught me: patiently, honestly, and with the long view in mind.

Welcome. I'm glad you're here.

Our standard

Competence and dignity, in equal measure.

Real estate touches people's homes. We teach the people who shape this industry to do the work with rigor — and with the human seriousness it deserves. For tenants, for owners, for colleagues, and for themselves.
