Your instructor.
Nataliya Matejka brings over two decades of real estate experience to the classroom — including growing an investor portfolio from 0 to 56 single-family homes in 18 months, overseeing acquisitions, rehabs, and property management along the way. A practicing real estate attorney licensed in South Carolina and Washington, she focuses on landlord-tenant law, fair housing, and the operational side of property ownership. She founded KIORE in memory of her father, whose example led her to law, to teach the practical knowledge that licensing alone doesn't provide.
